    I have a great special for new clients--2 private sessions for $80!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always seeking to improve my teaching skills and my own understanding of the Pilates method! I take regular private lessons in Pilates to further develop my own skills, and I am always reading books and articles to learn more about how Pilates works. I also regularly participate in workshops and continuing ed classes, so that I can always be fresh and inspired for my clients!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I came to Pilates seeking relief from pain. I had tried many therapies, including yoga, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Many of those therapies were helpful, but until Pilates, nothing seemed to create lasting wellness. Pilates was a game-changer for my life. After studying and experiencing the benefits of the Pilates method, I decided to pursue a teacher training program so that I could not only learn more about Pilates, but also share its benefits with others!
