I needed a high-end property photographed to look like a million bucks and based on what I saw in David's portfolio, I hired him. He was early, nice, polite and had over 40 amazing edited high quality photos emailed to me within 24 hours of the shoot. His work is top notch for real estate and his pricing was very affordable! David quickly scheduled a time to come to my client's home in Henderson and take professional photos for marketing purposes of selling the home. It didn't take long for him to get all the photos shot, edited and sent to me.
The photos turned out terrific and made the home really stick out to potential buyers. My clients even mentioned that the pictures made them want to stay in the house because they looked so nice.
David is very professional and did a great job. I definitely recommend him.

I had my normal photographer cancel on me at the last minute and was referred to David by a fellow REALTOR. He made time for me and showed up, on time, the same day. He is affordable and takes awesome photographs. I would highly recommend. The pictures he took helped sell the home in 18 hours!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. For real estate photography, I charge:
Properties up to 1,500 sq.ft. $89
Properties 1,501 to 3,000 sq.ft. $119
Properties 3,001 to 5,000 sq.ft. $149
Properties more than 5,001 sq.ft. $179
For other projects, we just agree on price per hour.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My path as a photographer started through passion for understanding how the technology works. My father bought one of the first digital cameras for himself, I started playing with it and never gave it back to him.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look on portfolio and think about the price/quality performance.
