- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the quality of work and materials used. I don’t believe in surprise fees; everything is discussed up front. I also offer free estimates and bundle discounts if you’re doing multiple installs, like cameras, lighting, or networking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what you actually need, no upselling, just honest advice. Once we have a plan, I will give a clear quote, schedule the job, and keep you updated along the way. After the work is done, I walk you through everything to make sure you’re fully comfortable using your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in IT, networking, and smart home systems for years, handling everything from enterprise server setups to full property camera installs. I’ve also completed technical certifications in CompTIA and Google IT, and stay current with the latest security and automation tech.
