- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An hour of my team's work is $75.00 I offer flexible packages aimed to build long-term trust without taking any serious risk upfront from your side. However, if you think the total budget for your project is going to be less than $1,500, I recommend working with somebody less experienced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery Call: We discuss your business and technology goals. During this conversation we will figure out if we are a good fit. If you're ready to start your project, we process the first payment and schedule your on-boarding. 2. On-boarding Process: We establish a solid communication expectations, set you up with your own 24/7 access chat, project management tools and build a roadmap effective immediately. 3. Implementation Sprints: The work gets done in chunks called Sprints, meaning each week we communicate with you on what the progress has been last week and what's on the plan for the upcoming week. This is in addition to online daily stand-up meetings which you are also welcome to join if you want even more frequent communication.
