- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is totally dependent on each client's specific situation, so reach out for a quote and we can hopefully get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our clients reach out for remote services. So we start with a quote, then move onto a phone call, then we have you upload your documents and anything we may need onto our secure upload site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
June has and MBA and has been in accounting for over 30 years and has done it all. Payroll services, taxes, general accounting. Jessica has a degree in accounting as well but does the customer service and marketing side of the business.
