I offer a discount if you book 4 or more sessions in advance! This will hold you accountable to your yoga practice.

I always sit down and have an informal conversation with my customers to learn about their goals and what they are hoping to accomplish.

Yes! I am always studying, practicing, gaining new knowledge through workshops and teacher trainings.
