On Sunday they promised next day water heater replacement, haul off the old tankless, everything for $850. Finally at 7:30 PM on Monday (we said no, it can't wait another day) we had a new water heater for $1,100 after arguing them DOWN some. Oh, and they installed the water heater on top of a loose carpet remnant that could have been lifted out of the way.

Thank you for your business. Our price was originally $825 for a 40 gallon standard water heater. Our standard water heaters come in a larger circumference then the old style water heaters. In your situation a standard water heater would of not fit in this room therefore we were not able to install our water heater that day and would of needed to pick up a smaller size water heater. There was extra cost to install your water heater due to your old tankless installation. We needed to remove your tankless and convert your pipes and venting to fit the new standard 40 gallon water heater. We apologize if we did not remove the carpet remnant or anything else that was in that vicinity. Thank you again for you business.
