I recently decided to expand and join forces with my husband and his handyman business. Hes been in construction for over two decades, has years of plumbing experience, and even more in cabinetry, and is a jack of all trades. He was a superintenant for a large commercial contractor here in Las Vegas for many years as well. He has also taught himself a lot by studying and not being afraid to take on new challenges.

Did a great job in deep cleaning our house. Really friendly and personable as well. Had a little issue with time (arrived later than scheduled but I was notified a few hours early). Other than that, Shelby and her husband did such a good job!

Horrible horrible run run run from this cleaner !!!! I should have checked the previous reviews on this company but I was desperate for a cleaner and she responded first. That being said let me lay out the nightmare that ensued…. Firstly she was almost 5 hours late ! I had to travel 40 min to meet her and every hour there was an excuse on why she was late. Finally at almost 9pm she shows up with a partner in tow. She wouldn’t look us in the eyes and was definitely acting off. Maybe on some type of substance or something. She was walking around the house like she didn’t know where to start. Showed up with some suspect cleaning supplies and very little to boot. Apparently worked through night until 3am …I mean who does that ? Sent very grainy videos showing she was done. Then asked me to pay her mom not her (very strange and unprofessional) my client goes up to home and says this is horrible no one cleaned ! We go up and it’s terrible ! It was apparent they slept the entire time. The floors were filthy, windows and kitchen wasn’t even touched ! Dirty stove, counter floor. I had to pay emergency cleaners to come up and clean. They even said “who cleaned this place ?” The worst experience of my life. I also got some crazy random texts from her and finally had to block her !

I booked Shelby for a one time cleaning on June 10th for a June 24th cleaning date. We confirmed the date and time but I never heard from anyone on the 24th and no one ever showed up. After no sign of showing up at the scheduled time, I reached out to confirm when I could expect the arrival of the cleaning team…no response. I only went with Shelby because she was the first to respond to my inquiry, but I really wish she wouldn’t have wasted my time because there were several other providers that reached out about completing the job that I could have gone with. Very unprofessional and inconvenient and would not recommend. I would have much appreciated some type of communication but got nothing.
