- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two clients are the same, and no two jobs are alike. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We stay flexible so we can deliver the service you need—at a price that makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request, we’ll work closely with you to provide a fair quote—usually with the help of a few photos to better gauge the job. Once we agree on a price, we’ll lock in a date and time that fits your schedule. On the day of service, all you have to do is point… and watch the clutter disappear.
