Yusef has been a friend and business associate of mine since 1988. When we met in 1988, Yusef was providing consulting services for a roofing company in the Clearwater Florida area. I went to work for that company and worked very closely with Yusef. Yusef was always fair with me and considerate of myself and my family both in and out of the company environment. Previously I was the owner of an automotive repair business in Milwaukee, WI. Mr. Sudah was hired to review and improve my staff training and aid me to develop more functional operation policies and procedures. After discussing and working with me day to day he discovered that I, the owner, was standing in the way of my success by allowing my wife the set arbitrary policies in financial management areas. I had presumed that since she was managing the household very well she could likewise manage the business financial needs. I can look back in see how Mr. Sudah had the difficult task of showing me, an owner, husband and father that if I did not approach changing the manner in which I operated, my business was doomed. I must admit, my ego was more important to me and my wife had a stronger influence upon me than saving my business. I did not follow Mr. Sudah's recommendations, I closed my business loss my wife and children. However, Mr. Sudah and I have remained very close friends for the past 20 plus years. He continues to serve as a adviser and consultant for me in each and every business decision as well as personal decision I can ask his assistance. I came to understand the ideas and professional skills required of me for future business decisions. When we first met Yusef he told me, " I will ever make an agreement with you where you lose". I did not understand it then yet I can say he never has broken that agreement with me and any others that I have known him to provide service. My experience with Mr Sudah has been tremendously encouraging. As a entrepreneur looking to improve in all areas of my life Mr Sudah rose to the challenge with great knowledge, training, calling me out on my stuff and challenging me to stretch. I have read several books on success, motivation, positive thinking and relationships. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I arrange agreement that will allow the client to pay on a "result basis" if needed. I want the client to win! The client or I can terminate our agreement when the cooperation is incompatible. We must agree on the results and the possible solution outcomes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a wide range of subject matter, write and work with young people and their families as well as volunteer with community organizations to improve my communication skills and continuous knowledge of how to aid people to see their potential.

When I realized that no one ever fails...they either succeed at success or succeed at fail; both are a product of their intention.
