- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base charge for each of the major 1040 forms. If additional forms, schedules are required then there is an additional charge by form. I also charge for out of state returns as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation so I can get to know my potential client. Once we have established a connection and trust, the rest works itself out naturally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent, I am required by the IRS to have 24 hours of continuing education every year.
