Thank you guys for coming in, it was amazing. The kids had a lot of fun with the balloons and enjoyed the face paint as well. All the kids were super happy. We had lot more kids then we excepted it but you guys did an amazing job with making sure all the kids were happy. Thank you!!

Kim was excellent to work with! She was responsive during the planning process and she was early to the event. Her personality was upbeat and her balloon twisting was amazing. She was a great addition to our party!

So amazing! Her balloons were the hit of the party. Despite tons of kids, she kept a smile and made fantastic balloon creations (sometimes more than once per kid). Also, stayed longer to make sure every kid had a smile on their face. Definitely recommend and will call her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages! You can get a combination of services - face painting and balloon twisting or balloons and magic etc. You can combine as many options as you like and even ask for a costumed character to provide those services. Mascot Characters are only able to make appearances, interact with the kids, and take photos. Mascot Characters have limited visibility and costumes are extremely hot so they can't be booked for long periods of time without scheduled breaks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to know what services you would like, when, where and how many people you are expected. Face painting we need to know if you would like us to supply our own table and chairs or if that will be available on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our face painters have art backgrounds, our entertainers have performing arts backgrounds. Yes we have Princesses that SING!! Our characters will approach and entertain your kids as this is what we love to do!! To us putting on a costume is NOT enough!
