FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a professional service call and diagnostic fee to cover travel, on-site evaluation, and licensed electrical troubleshooting. After the issue is properly diagnosed, I explain the findings and provide clear repair options with pricing before any work is performed. My pricing reflects licensed, insured, and code-compliant electrical work — not temporary fixes or guesswork. There are no surprise charges, and you’ll always know what you’re approving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the concern, followed by an on-site service call to properly diagnose the electrical issue. Once the root cause is identified, I explain what’s happening, why it matters, and what options you have to correct it safely. Work is only performed after approval, and all repairs are completed in accordance with current electrical codes and local requirements. My focus is doing the job correctly the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a formal electrical apprenticeship, technical schooling, and ongoing continuing education required to maintain an active Nevada electrical contractor license. My license is issued and verified by the Nevada State Contractors Board and includes insurance and bonding requirements. This ensures all work is performed safely, professionally, and in compliance with current electrical codes.
