FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a budget in mind, then let's discuss so you know what your options are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to have a phone or in person meeting, then I can get a feel of what a potential client wants their wedding/event to portray. Inspirational pictures are great too! Next, is to provide a formal quote based on quantity, flower choices and sizes. Then, if a client decides to book with me I require a contract signature and small deposit to hold their day. Finally, most updates/changes are done through email/text up until 2 weeks before the event day. Any items a customer has for me is provided along the way and final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started floral designing when I was a young child. Then, my first job at 16 years was in a floral shop. I worked in floral shops while in college and have worked in several since up and down California. I also went back to school to gain an Interior Design certificate at a local college. This training really aids in choosing great color combinations for my clients.
