- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Determining the price of a project, the following factors are to be considered: type of the material and the amount of the prep work. For projects over 2000 sq. ft. we gladly offer 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing, we schedule an appointment for measuring and an estimate. After that we put your project on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been in the flooring industry for over 25 years, establishing Infinite Flooring company in 2019.
