- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are all listed on my website and are non-negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I personally like to start with a phone call just so I can get to know your personality and we can work out all the details you are looking for in your photo session. Then I create an idea board that I share with you online. I call to confirm your appointment a week in advance. Then we have fun at your photo session or event and I send you all the digitals within 7-10 business days!
