- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our fees on the time spent to research, create the initial design, coordinate with the client, provide code revised concepts and trafficking final assets. Our prices range from $75-$125/hour. We do offer discounts on referrals and return customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically establish a time for a no-charge consult on the project, then our team will outline the creative direction. We work with our educated team to create a draft of the project. We communicate over email, zoom and provide a virtual proofing dashboard for edits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 24 years of industry experience, all of our designers carry multiple degrees in art, design and web development. In addition our team has received more than 52 awards in design snd digital art development.
