FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed on my website. I am very flexible with my price structure, it is easier to get a good read on what I can provide, and the cost after discussing the details with you. Every job involves different approaches. I do have base rates of 200 per hour for film and 150 per hour for photos but it can change depending on circumstances
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I'm very personable and always available to chat via message or phone. I prefer speaking on the phone and I allow my potential customers to take as much time as necessary to decide if I'm the right fit for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work on techniques, and software upgrades constantly. Technology is moving rapidly and I make sure I keep up with it. I attend seminars in film and photography on a regular basis and I am a member of several organizations that are very informative and keep me and my craft on the cutting edge of all facets of this business
