ServPro Reno East/Central Sparks is the single professional water remediation company to respond to our summons for help. My wife and I reside in a fairly remote area of northeast Nevada. We despairingly contacted five other water remediation outfits including two ServPro branches located closer to our area of residence than the Reno East/Central Sparks branch. ServPro Twin Falls and SLC both refused us service due to our location, one claimed the distance was too great and the other had no clue where Spring Creek is located. ServPro Tahoe simply could not be bothered. One outfit called V-Water Damage in Carson City took my information, promised a follow up phone call and estimate, and promptly left us hanging with zero contact. ServPro Reno East/Central Sparks didn't hesitate for a single, solitary second. Their staff was unswervingly helpful and professional from the time of initial estimating to the close of the final payment transaction. ServPro treated us with respect and generosity, and the estimate of cost was more than reasonable. My wife and I recognize that we could have been charged for things that were out of our control but ServPro graciously did not charge us for those extras. We could not be more grateful. Shane, Ryan, Preston, Chanceye, and Neida - all consummate professionals; quick, knowledgeable, intelligent, responsive, and most significantly: understanding of our dilemma. Dean and Kristine De Carlo will not soon forget the outstanding service provided us by ServPro Reno East/Central Sparks. They were there for us when we most needed them.

This is Vince on Kimber/y's account. I hired ServPro to do the water remediation for a leak at our Truckee mountain home and vacation rental. I asked Ryan if he could move as quickly as possible in order to save rentals for me as I was booked all of July and August. He was very accommodating and was finished in about two weeks. I know it could have taken a lot longer. Ryan was also great to work with, responding to my questions and keeping me informed. I was not able to Shane, the person who worked on the kitchen remediation, on a number of occasions, as he ignored my phone calls and text messages, but perhaps he was not suppose to respond to clients..Thanks for the fast, quality service, Ryan.Vince

We recently encountered a mold issue at the manager's apartment of our mini storage facility. We enlisted the services of Servpro for the mold remediation. We had a very tight schedule for the remediation, as we had floor installations and painters scheduled, in addition to the resident managers moving in to the apartment. Servpro went out of their way to complete the job in the allotted time. Everyone we worked with was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Pricing is determined by the scope of the job. Each job is unique.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For non-emergency Customer calls, we schedule an inspection date and time. After the inspection, scope of work and estimate are developed. When insurance is involved we work with the property owner's insurance and make sure everyone is clear on what is covered and what may not be covered. The Customer is informed of price and timing and if they choose to move forward work is scheduled. For emergency calls, we are available 24/7 and the process is immediate.

We are an IICRC Certified Firm. What this means for the Customer is our team has the best industry training, equipment and follows the best procedures available to get their property safe and back to normal ASAP!
