- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the scope of the job. Each job is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For non-emergency Customer calls, we schedule an inspection date and time. After the inspection, scope of work and estimate are developed. When insurance is involved we work with the property owner's insurance and make sure everyone is clear on what is covered and what may not be covered. The Customer is informed of price and timing and if they choose to move forward work is scheduled. For emergency calls, we are available 24/7 and the process is immediate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC Certified Firm. What this means for the Customer is our team has the best industry training, equipment and follows the best procedures available to get their property safe and back to normal ASAP!
