I am an experienced photographer, however I was in event management and wedding coordination for a decade, and will have the skills needed to help guide you into an organized format of memory making! I also have no problem being assertive enough to remind those who need reminding of who's actually giving the orders- you! Photography is a passion for me, so like anything someone loves, my skill is nurtured and my tools babied on a constant basis. I travel full time, so though I keep office hours in Reno, Palmer Photography Productions is always booking from the west to the east coast!

Heather responded almost immediately after I contacted her to do a shoot for my friend's bachelorette party in Charleston. She listened to my thoughts for the shoot and responded with some awesome ideas to fully achieve my vision for the shoot. She knew we wanted to have a fun experience to remember as well as some amazing photos and she delivered just that! She made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the shoot and took her time and a lot of pride in her work, making sure we had fun while getting some awesome shots. She 100% went above and beyond to give us an unforgettable experience and awesome pictures. She was amazing and we'd all love to work with her again!

I absolutely love working with Heather! She is definitely great at what she does. Everything went very smoothly from the very first time I contacted her. She kept me updated, she really put her effort into our photo shoot, and I could see the results of how much effort she put in! She gave us some pictures within the first 24 hours of the photo shoot to keep us from *figuratively* dying of anxiousnous! I can’t wait to see the rest!

5 Stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up... Heather deserves every great rating possible. I contacted her to shoot my proposal in Downtown Charleston and she was fantastic to work with. She responded quickly to every single question I had (which was a lot!). Her experience showed as she was able to give thoughtful recommendations to make sure the pictures were captured perfectly in the setting I wanted. And most importantly, the photos are OUTSTANDING! You can not go wrong with her, I'm lucky to have picked her out of all the other photographers available!

Heather was wonderful! This was a destination wedding and Heather was constantly in touch prior to the wedding to discuss what I wanted and make sure there wasn't anything I needed. On our wedding day she made sure to get shots of what we wanted but also suggesting shots she thought would make beautiful memories. Great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a preliminary consultation so as for both the client and myself to determine the appropriate approach to the session/event. Prices vary depending on type of event, number of people involved in a shoot, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a preliminary consultation via phone/Skype, but preferably in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will complete my second bachelors degree in Digital Photography in the beginning of 2018, and will immediately transition into the master's program at SCAD.
