How to begin? Patrick, Patrick, Patrick. I have taken many a cooking class from him at formal schools and in his home as well. He is always prepared, factual and current with the latest foodie trends. He teaches at a level that everyone can relate. His sense of humor makes every class enjoyable. Adding to his chef talents is his love of fine wines. His tips on wine pairings help cap off a fine meal. I'm always impressed at how he can bring together such awesome meals in such a brief time, making sure you can duplicate the same when you get home. Patrick's chef talents...priceless.
