My family bought me wardrobe consultation sessions with Taissha LaReau as a birthday present. Having recently retired, I really wanted a new wardrobe. Working with Taissha helped me look at what I currently own and determine what to keep and what to donate. Also, to help me build a wardrobe that could mix & match and stay in style for years to come. Taissha created a shopping board with many choices based on what I needed. (Shoes, boots, coats, pants, sneakers and shirts/sweaters!) After I purchased everything, she worked with me on how to put it all together. The entire process was fun and so valuable. I highly recommend Taissha for anyone wanting some professional input on what to wear and how to wear it!

I had a great virtual experience with Taissha from beginning to end. As I was long-overdue for a wardrobe and styling session, I booked three services with her: (1) closet review + edit, (2) Wardrobe refresh + personal shopping, and (3) Styling Sessions. It was exactly what I needed. I was able to get rid of a majority of items, identify my style, and effectively put together outfits with simple but good quality clothing. It definitely boosted my confidence, excitement, and ease for daily dressing. Most importantly, I learned to make items work for casual looks, work looks, date-night looks, and travelling. Even my husband saw a difference! Taissha was professional, easy-going, listened to my wants and needs, and hit the nail on the head with all the pieces she recommended. I basically purchased almost everything and returned nothing. The best part is the pinterest page she created for me which I still reference regularly for styling reminders and ideas. Tai was incredible! We did virtual sessions because I live in Las Vegas. I had way too many clothes, 8,000 patterned shirts and other pieces of clothing that I just couldn’t get rid of. With her help she helped me really assess my closet and get rid of so many outfits that didn’t suit me anymore. I would have never have had the ability to do this on my own. She has such a good eye and really helps tailor your wardrobe to what your lifestyle is. The personal shopping was also great. I tried so many new things and added some great pieces to my closet that I wouldn’t have chosen on my own. Some things she suggested I was unsure of but just do it and try as many new styles as Tai suggests. You will be surprised and this is why she’s so talented! I get so many compliments on my new outfits all the time. The best part is it’s easier to get dressed in the morning because I have versatile pieces that pair together and are interchangeable. Tai really helped step up my game. I have always thought that I was fashionable and I could just do it on my own but trust me you need to call Tai. You will learn how to think about your wardrobe in ways you never did and feel like a million bucks.

Taissha has been such a pleasure to work with! My husband and I wanted to work with a stylist together and Taissha was so accommodating to the admittedly unusual request. We went through each of our wardrobes and Taissha helped us pick out what worked and what didn't. She then curated a personal shopping list for each of us, which not only helped us see the types of clothes we should be ordering, but gave us direct links to individual items. Taissha was always prompt in her responses, listened to our needs, and wasn't too harsh when our clothes had fallen way out of style. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to do the same thing virtually (or in person if they're in the area!).

It has been wonderful working with Tai. She really listened to what I wanted in terms of style and look and stopped at nothing to create an amazing wardrobe for me. She drove 2 hours to get to my home and worked all day long overhauling my closet. I put my full confidence in her and in her abilities and she has yet to let me down. Tai has always been very professional and responsive. Her personality is positive and upbeat which has made my experience that much better!! I feel so confident in my new threads and am even receiving compliments. I was stopped a few days ago in Target by a shopper who complimented my outfit. It was an outfit that Tai selected for me. The compliment made my day and solidified the fact that Tai will be my lifelong stylist!!!! She’s truly amazing! Do yourself a favor and hire her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to help you identify your style so that we can build a wardrobe that you love. While doing so, I will make sure to stay within your budget. All of my packages are customizable and can be tailored to your needs while keeping budget in mind. I'm also running Holiday specials and packages starting as low as $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to book a consultation (free of charge) so that I can get to know you better. The consultation will help me understand what your pain points are so that I can come up with a solution that best fits your needs. While my clients look to me for advice as an "expert," I look at this as a partnership in helping you build the wardrobe you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keeping up with the latest trends has always been a creative outlet for me, so finding a place where I could share my favorite style moments is what drove me to create a style blog called The Forefront. It was a destination where readers could discover trends, jewelry, brands, and more. During the time I began managing my style blog, I would get questions from Family and Friends regarding their style, where to shop, and what pieces to buy. That gave me insight into styling and led me to transition into Wardrobe Consulting.
