The company is impressively honest and straightforward in its dealings. Our main contact, Joe Sapienza, is terrific, and a pleasure to deal with. A real pro.
They sell good products, an you can do the research yourself (we have the Bodyguard treadmill), but what has been most impressive is the level and quality of the after-the-sale service.
It is almost an understatement to say that he went above and beyond. Rather than ignore a problem, he spent a long time to make sure to deliver a high-quality fix.
And this was done at a time most convenient for me! He arrived on time (actually ten minutes early), he works "clean" (i.e., organized, calm and orderly).
I am happy to offer my unqualified absolute recommendation of Capital City Fitness and Joe Sapienza. I would do business with them/him again in a heartbeat!

Once again Joe's service and expertise rise above any other company with whom we have worked as consumers! He has always arrived within a day or two and at the time promised.
We are thrilled with our new treadmill, but most of all, I feel so lucky to have been sent Joe's way by True for service on my previous machine. He remains the consummate professional, and a really nice and sincere person who is clearly always putting the customer's needs at the top of his priorities.

Joe was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything I needed to make informed decisionso regard the repair to my elliptical. Pricing seemed fair to me. I would have no problems recommending Capital Fitness.
