JP is a very nice person. He called right away and got out to the house quickly for the estimate, which was not in writing, unfortunately. They did the job the next day, and it looked good. It needed a little more repair as a chipmunk broke through the cement before it dried. I called JP and he offered to come back the next day. The weather caused some delay so I had to keep reaching out to make sure he was coming, but he did, and he did the required work. I don't know how the value was as I didn't get any other estimates. Let's say I don't think it was cheap and it was more than I originally thought he had said it would be. But, he got out here so quick, I didn't even have time to get any other estimates. I don't know, I may have been able to get it done for less, but if so, that's my fault for not getting other estimates, and also for not getting anything in writing from him. Learn from my mistakes!
