We operate 24/7 and our services are fully online. Every service is fully remote, so there’s no travel required—just join your appointment online and get your documents notarized quickly and securely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and fully online. New customers visit our website, choose the service that fits their needs, and are automatically redirected to our secure payment system. After payment, they upload their documents and ID. From there, they meet with their assigned notary in a virtual session and get their documents notarized quickly and efficiently. No travel, no hassle—just log in and get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are New York State Commissioned Notary Publics and certified Remote Online Notaries. We hold NNA Certification, have successfully passed the NNA Background Screening, and are LSS Certified. We are fully insured with $100,000 in E&O coverage and trained in loan signings, real estate documents, legal forms, and secure online notarization procedures. Our credentials and experience ensure every client receives accurate, compliant, and highly professional service.
