Been looking for a reputable accountant and found his name amongst others to look into. After I sent him a message, he quickly responded with a phone chat quickly to follow. I was content with his response and decided to work with him. In the midst of working on my papers, he answered all my questions promptly regarding some concerns I had.
Re: tax paperwork, he kept me abreast with the steps to follow which meant I felt well supported throughout the process.
In the end, he gave me great returns and I'll be looking forward to working with him in years to come!

UPDATE: I want to update my original review after reconnecting with Ritch and gaining additional context. During our recent conversation, communication was clarified and expectations were reset in a way that addressed many of my earlier concerns.
Initially, I experienced strong communication and support, which gave me confidence in the work I hired Ritch to complete. After the first phase of work, however, there was a prolonged period of silence following assurances that an update would be provided. At the time, this lack of responsiveness felt unprofessional and left me uncertain about next steps.
Since reconnecting, I better understand the situation and appreciate the follow-up and clarification. While I still believe clearer closure and more proactive communication would have helped avoid confusion, I’m encouraged by the effort and commitment to re-engage and address the issue directly. I had a great experience filing my taxes with Ritch Wealth & Wellness. I usually use TurboTax to file my taxes for free, but I had no clue I wasn't getting my full refund. Ritchy, the owner was my accountant. Ritchy not only did a great job on my taxes, he was also patient and answered all my questions. I ended up get double the amount I usually get for my refund! It was worth the investment to work with Ritchy, he has years of experience in finance and taxes. He is a very knowledgeable accountant and I will continue to work with him in the future. I highly recommend!
