FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things simple and transparent. Every project is different, so instead of offering rigid packages, we create custom quotes based on exactly what you need. There are no hidden fees, everything is clearly shared with you upfront before you decide to move forward. We also try to stay flexible with payment options to make things easier on your end. From time to time, we do offer discounts or bundle deals, especially if you’re going for multiple services like editing, design, and publishing together. At the end of the day, our focus is to keep pricing fair and aligned with your project while making sure you’re getting real value out of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple and collaborative from the start. It usually begins with a quick conversation where we understand your book, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for. Once we have a clear idea, we put together a customized plan outlining the services, timeline, and next steps. After you’re comfortable moving forward, we assign you a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact throughout the process. From there, we move step by step, whether it’s editing, design, formatting, or publishing, keeping you involved and updated at every stage. You’ll always have the opportunity to review the work, request revisions, and share feedback. Our goal is to make the entire journey smooth, transparent, and stress-free while bringing your vision to life exactly the way you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at World Publishing Company is made up of experienced editors, designers, marketers, and publishing consultants who come from strong academic and professional backgrounds in fields like English, creative writing, journalism, and publishing. But beyond formal education, what really sets us apart is hands-on experience. We’ve worked on a wide range of books across different genres, which has helped us understand what actually works in the real publishing world, not just in theory. Our editors are trained in industry-standard editing practices, our designers stay up to date with current design trends, and our publishing team is well-versed in platforms like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and Barnes & Noble. We also continuously refine our process based on market trends and reader behavior, so you’re not just getting textbook knowledge, you’re getting practical expertise that helps your book succeed.
