- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the diversity of projects and services I provide an initial consultation at no charge. At that time I ask that the client provide a "not to exceed budget". If, I believe I can adequately provide for the client needs, I then submit a quotation outlining the scope of work to be done, and a proposed schedule for delivery of the completed work. Depending on the size and scope ofthe project I may ask for a small deposit at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first engaging with a potential new client I listen intently and attempt to understand their goals, the nature of their endeavor, and their target market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In servicing my customer's needs I bring to the table, more than 40 years experience working with small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, on projects ranging from 2D print graphics to 3D projects such as product design, signage, and trade show exhibits.
