The Size of the structure.... the amount of debris.. the number of Helicals... the complexity of the foundation... the number of cubic yards of concrete...... All factors that have an effect upon pricing, but we do offer: "Cost effective pricing in today's competitive marketplace"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Alot of Customers are in need of a Demolition Contractors specific expertise in obtaining a Town required DEMOLITION PERMIT. The requirements with each town can vary. We are always happy to assist with obtaining ALL utility disconnects, obtaining the asbestos inspection, getting the rodent inspection and WE WILL FILE for the Demolition Permit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of ON-THE-JOB experience along with staying current on all OSHA safety requirements as well as DEC & EPA requirements related to lead paint, asbestos removal , environmental barrier requirements at sensitive water related jobsites.
