Michael co-created Empty Nave Project's last piece, "choreography for a new mass." The live performance work was designed specifically for Church of Saint Paul the Apostle and OpeningsNY's 2014 curated group exhibition, "#occupycommonground." Michael developed the original, electronic sound palette, and performed the improvisational score live in relation to the real-time environment and choreography. He has excellent communication skills (vital to a truly collaborative process), and was dedicated, professional, and delivered an outcome that far exceeded my expectations.There is no question that I will commission Michael to work with me on future projects.

Michael Feld is an extremely gifted producer, sound designer, musicmaker, and drummer. His studio is equipped with top of the line technology (Unique synths, electric drum kits, Ableton Live) and Michael is extremely adept at creating epic sonic textures and using a wide array of creative techniques to help make your song shine. He is a patient engineer, an expert lever Ableton user, and excellent at arrangement and creating a sonic environment for your song. Highly talented, highly dependable, highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These are our rates for the studio: 50 per hour studio production and recording 60 per hour music production lesson 100 per track mixing/mastering 200 for 5 hours studio time (1 hour free) 750 mixing/mastering an entire album
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am associated with Dubspot and have continued to take classes to hone my own skills and take advantage of the newest software, including Ableton Live, Native Instruments, Traktor and Izotope into my own workflow.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of music of the process of collaboration and my fascination with technology has always driven my artistic goals, as well as my passion for helping others learn and realize their dreams.
