Pet Sitting

Katy is amazing - I've nicknamed her the cat whisperer. She has a natural ability to communicate with all of our cats - even the feral cats we have outside! She is trust worthy, kind, caring, and truly loves hanging out with the cats. I have also hired Katy in the past for gardening. She took the same care with my garden as she did with my pets. Her garden work was caring, meticulous & detailed. Katy is definitely my go to person for any job related to my pets & garden.

Pet Sitting

Wonderful, loving and caring! Excellent communication, I received texts and photos every day, and my cat loved her company. I will call on Katy in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Pet Sitting

Katy is a great sitter! She kept me updated on each visit and even asked for tips on getting my cat to play with herb the days he was being coy. My cat was even less upset when I got home than usual. Thanks Katy!

Pet Sitting

Katy was a wonderful cat sitter. She has a demeanor that even skittish cats like mine warm up to. She always sent a picture with her visits as well which was a nice touch while I was away. Wish I could take her with me to NYC! Thanks, Katy!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $20 per visit; $50 for overnight stays.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After we make initial contact, I give the customer my phone number and email in order to work out the details. I also ask how they would like to pay: Paypal, cash, Venmo, whichever they prefer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had cats most of my life, and I love animals in general. My most recent cat had several medical issues, so I learned how to give a cat an inhaler, check insulin levels, give injections and administer fluids subcutaneously.
