- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All though there is base hourly pricing we do accept flat rate services. Some cases are negotiable depending on what needs to be done. We try to offer discounts on select services or situations when they first purchase with us in hopes to come use us again for a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Weprovide services in person, video conference or on the phone. We communicate through email, phone and text. We prefer to have direct conversations to clarify pricing and expectations on both sides before services begin. Everything else we get done in a timely fashion according to deadlines and our current case load. We work on an appointment basis only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Independent Paralegal I take seminars and workshops and have 20 years of service. I am NYS licensed Notary and Certified Notary signing agent for the real estate industry. I am a former licensed insurance producer for financial/life products. For real estate, estate planning and uncontested divorces, I take required education courses and trainings through the NYS Bar or as required by our state to stay up to date on the current rules and laws.
