- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All though there is base hourly pricing we do accept flat rate services . Some cases are negotiable depending on what needs to be done. We try to offer 1st time 10% customer discount when they first purchase with us in hopes to come use us again for a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We accept orders through email and phone and in person/video conference. We prefer to have conversations to clarify pricing and expectations on both sides before services begin. Judgment enforcement takes longer so those can take up to 2 years to resolve-- slower process to bring on board because of all the research involved and paperwork for assignment. Everything else we get done in a timely fashion according to deadlines. We work on appointment basis only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Paralegal I take seminars and workshops, for NYS licensing for financial/life and real estate I take required education courses as required by our state to stay up to date and/or licensed..
