Introduction: I have worked in homes as well as kennels, barns, offices, as well as basements and attics. I offer a variety of services. I have done housekeeping and color coded office organization on and off since I was a teenager. I also create custom home management binders to better organize important and often referenced information. I have raised and trained German Shepherds for over 20 years. I raised high drive, excellent quality DDR East German pure black german shepherds. Some of these dogs went on to become trained for PTSD dogs, police/protection dogs, family pets, obedience competitors, etc. I also redo/upcycle antique, vintage, and mid century furniture. I am also knowledgeable in coaching/consulting people to find and begin their own profitable home based business. I enjoy helping people immensely, and I spend my free time reading books or taking online courses or webinars. I enjoy helping my customers problem solve and streamline their homes. Working with people, I enjoy helping them with whatever problem they are currently facing in the fastest and most efficient way possible. I also work 1 on 1 for coaching or consulting whether for a home based business or to redo a piece of your own furniture to match your own decor. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on what exactly needs to be done. Im very fair, fast, and efficient. I also occassionally will work for partial trades of certain merchandise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically consult by phone initially to get a good grasp of what is wanted and needed. From there I will come up with a detailed plan to share with the customer to make sure everything is covered. Once a plan is made I work with the customer to prioritize the tasks and come up with the ideal time frame for beginning the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Close to a Bachelors degree in criminal justice, psychology, and social work. Self taught a numerous amount if internet marketing, website creation, organizational skills, among a number of other courses. Skilled at valuing furniture or other items that are antique, vintage, and mid century modern.
