Carter is a fantastic personal trainer. He takes care of everything and focuses on what you desire. He has a great personality and great energy. Carter will make sure you reach your goal. My experience with Fit by Carter was awesome. He was very professional, and thorough. He knew exactly what workouts that would work for me considering my back issues. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session and he made sure that I didn’t leave sore or in any pain. I am looking forward to my next session.

I just started a week ago, but I love his enthusiasm. He is very helpful and I am confident I will reach my goal weight with him. I highly recommend Fit by Carter. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and genuine. It is apparent that he truly cares about his clients and you can see that he is passionate about seeing his clients succeed. His sessions are fun, interactive, and so rewarding. My initial trial assessment session was thorough, lasted an hour long, and was completely free. He weighed me, calculated my BMI, and gave me a full body workout to establish a baseline and assess my current physical fitness level. We also discussed my fitness goals, strengths, and challenges. I must mention that when I first came to trainer Carter I was in physical and emotional distress and he was able to provide me with the support that I needed. He devised a fitness plan that is specific to my needs and personal goals in addition to implementing a holistic approach that incorporates emotional healing for a mind and body connection utilizing positive thinking and motivational support. I want to express how appreciative I am for his dedication and effort in helping people like me overcome physical and nutritional challenges. In the short time that I have been training with him I am already seeing so much progress.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on session frequency and are a sliding scale. You would pay more for one session per week as opposed to four times a week. Our prices are geared to meet anyone's budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we make recommendations we must assess the clients fitness level, lifestyle, limiting factors and health conditions. So at the initial meet a complimentary fitness assessment is done first where we go over objections and solutions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified fitness trainer and nutrition specialist through international sports sciences.I've been a fitness training manager of 2 major fitness clubs for 2 years and have been in my own practice for 5+ years
