- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on session frequency and are a sliding scale. You would pay more for one session per week as opposed to four times a week. Our prices are geared to meet anyone's budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we make recommendations we must assess the clients fitness level, lifestyle, limiting factors and health conditions. So at the initial meet a complimentary fitness assessment is done first where we go over objections and solutions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
