- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on working with the customer to find a price that they can be happy with. We truly enjoy the effect of coming up with a price that is as satisfying as the work we perform. It leaves the customer pleased with choosing us to do work in their home or office. And it also has led to repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to meet with the customer at their earliest convenience. At our initial meeting we like to put the customer at ease and make sure they feel well informed about our company and the individuals that will be working in there homes. At the same time, we try to answer every single one of their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud to say that interior finishes, especially painting, is a family business. We have been working in this field for many years and have become quite adept at all facets of the work. This has fostered in us a very strong sense of pride in our work and in customer satisfaction
