Introduction: Our goal is to not only meet, but to exceed your expectations. We take pride in our work and have over 30 years of experience in providing qualtiy transcripts from audio and/or video files. What I like most about being a transcription service provider is that the variety of industries we service have provided an interesting and free education in many fields that would otherwise be unavailable. The ability to communicate with people from all walks of life and from every corner of the world is exciting and...we get to do all of this from the comfort of our own home offices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although, there are no certifications required for general and legal transcription, I am becoming recognized as a leader in the field by providing training in general, legal, and medical transcription. I am constantly adding to my own field of knowledge and passing that on to others through my courses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was actually forced to find a way to earn a living from home when my husband became disabled. I had to look at my skill set obtained through past experience in the brick and mortar world and decide what I could do. I began with medical transcription and billing, but have branched out and now provide both general and legal transcription.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Although qualified to provide legal and medical transcription services, my primary focus is in General Transcription. It offers a variety of fields of interest to me and is almost always interesting and challenging.
