Introduction: Mehndi was always just a hobby that I would indulge in from time to time. Eventually, it became my favorite form of expression and as years have progressed so have my skills.
My approach to mehndi is very unique; I try to implement this art in a classical yet modern fashion. I infuse different styles ranging from Arabic, Indo-Arabic, traditional, bridal and even floral.
I enjoy testing the barriers, and I love to apply mehndi on various canvases, from people, candles and even cookies!
I can provide my service to the following:

Very poorly!!!! She is very unprofessional and tries to scam you when you sign the contract with her!! Monika called me on June 2nd about doing Henna for my best friends wedding as my gift to her during the cocktail hour from 5pm-6:30pm. She initially kept trying to push the time longer, but this is what I initially requested on thumbtack to begin with. Monika told me it would be $75 each girl then a travel fee of $25 for a total of $175 for 5pm-6:30pm, that it would be 2 girls wearing purple which are the wedding colors. I said that's great and stopped my search and she said she would forward the contract to my email. By June 9th I still didn't hear anything from her so I txt her to make sure she was still sending the contract, and that they were still coming so I don't have to still keep looking for a henna artist, she said she's sorry she forgot! She said not to worry she would send it, and waits almost another whole week to send it. At that point I should have already dropped her and started looking elsewhere. My best friends wedding is June 28th, a week from today and I call her to follow up on some questions about the contract and she said ya its now $325 instead of $175!!! I said no that's not what you initially told me, we agreed multiple times that it is from 5pm-6:30pm for $75 each girl and your $25 travel fee for a total of $175. Then she has the audacity to tell me I must have been the one confused and kept saying she never said that to me. I never would have hired her and stopped my search if it was $325!! I could have gone with so many other girls that contacted me and not wasted all this time for her to scam me!! Such a big waste of my time and thanks for ruining her wedding!! This was one thing she was excited about, and now I have to scramble!!! So everyone do yourselves a favor and choose someone else because she will let the time stretch to change the price on you last minute!

Monika was great! She was at my house on time and worked quickly to get the job done but still paid close attention to detail. The Henna work looked amazing and I received compliments on it where ever I went. I had someone from her group come later in the day for the actual party and she was lovely as well - did great work and everyone was happy with the looks they got. I would highly recommend Monika for Henna services.

She arrived on time and her services were excellent. Although she was only scheduled to stay for an hour, she stayed an additional thirty minutes to ensure that all of my guests received a tattoo. Thanks Monika

Monika and her team had great communication throughout the whole process, showed up to the event on time and were professional, and did an AMAZING job! Their attention to detail was astounding, and we could not have hired a better artist to do both my bridal henna and henna for all our guests.
