Introduction: Since I earned my Masters in Health Education and Behavioral Science from Rutgers University, I have guided countless people in their wellness journey. In the past ten years, I have used my Masters, my NASM Personal Trainer Certification, and my Certification as Health Education Specialist to help clients energize their fitness routines, reduce stress, improve their health and gain control of their lives. We will work together to achieve your wellness goals through an easy three-step process: 1) Evaluate your wellness needs and goals. 2) Develop a tailored wellness and/or fitness program backed by scientifically proven techniques to keep you motivated. 3) Provide consistent support and feedback to keep you on track, all while ensuring you are having a chill, fun time achieving your wellness goals. I’ll be honest – health coaches are a dime a dozen. Most spend a couple of hundred dollars to earn their certification from an online course in a matter of weeks. Although this process can provide some valuable insight on health coaching, an effective health coach needs years of training and a robust education in behavioral and exercise science. I spent two years as a full-time Masters Student to gain the skills and knowledge to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I will use this knowledge to develop a tailored and specific program to help you jump start, and succeed in your wellness journey. I will be with you the entire way, celebrating your victories. I was having trouble exercising and keeping some weight off. Danny was so kind and thoughtful since the day I met him. He was patient as we came up with goals and a plan for me to improve my exercise. He provided resources and workout routines and helped me track my progress.
