Jon skillfully customizes workouts based on each client's needs. He separately trains my husband, my son and myself, each with distinct sessions that keep us in great shape. He challenges us to maximize our results and always is professional in his approach. He keeps a very busy schedule yet he's always pleasant, organized, focused and energetic. Best indication of Jon's great training is I always feel better leaving the gym than when I arrive.

Jon has proven to be an excellent trainer always going the extra mile to challenge me and yet make sure I am comfortable with thd weights and thd workout. He is making sure mg firm is always there. Very patient anc dedicated to me and my family. He us an excellent trainer thst gord above and beyond during my workout and is always willing to help even when I fo not have a training session.
