- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are discussed before work is started to ensure customer agreement and satisfaction. Pricing includes only labor. Emergency calls and same day repairs are accepted when avaliability allows. For the best estimate please send clear pictures and arrange a time to speak to me on the phone or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This best way to get in touch is by sending me a message first. I can follow up as soon as I am free and discuss details. If I can’t provide an estimate over the phone I will arrange appointment to see the scope of the work needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always like working with my hands and started working on vessel engine maintenance as a chief engineer and worked my way to building/home maintenance repairs. I’ve been working in maintenance/repairs for about 15 years.
