- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each other jobs is completely different from the previous, has to be visited and estimated each separate time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I contact the customer to relay and understand what exactly they need fixed. Then we arrange to meet so I can see the area that needs to be worked on and I take pictures of the area so I can come up with the estimate for the materials and the labor. After that I will usually email a proposal to be signed if customer agrees upon everything stated in the contract and begin work as soon as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from a technical trade school as well as keeping updated on new techniques and materials from manufacturer seminars for each part of our work.
