I used GICE construction for a new parapet and waterproofing in my brownstone. They gave the lowest bid hence why I went with them. Before then I never heard of them. They got the job done fast and they were on schedule. I like the fact that they kept me updated through the whole construction process. Since construction ended, there is no more interior water damage coming from that parapet wall.

I hired GICE for a project I did a few months ago to renovate both of my Bathrooms. The project went on without any problems and was completed pretty much on schedule. The crew was easy to talk to and easy get in touch with. The overall tile work and fixtures looks amazing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff members are required to stay up to date with current construction methods, codes and safety standards. Not only that but some of our staff hold associate and bachelors degrees in architecture or construction management or are going to school for those degrees.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team have years of construction experience, brother in the construction field, family members and generations all working in construction, architecture, engineering, project managing etc. construction and building is in our blood.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have two main line of works that we do. Exterior masonry/waterproofing and interior renovation. The main reason we do those types of work is because of the number of references we get for jobs like that. However our expertise range to every construction field service.
