- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking for information regarding any tax situation the client might have, give the client the price to process the tax return, then draft the return once the client agrees to pay. Communicate if any issues were found in the tax return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, NYS tax preparation certificate.
