FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and volume of your business activity, not guesswork or one-size-fits-all packages. I price based on how much work your books actually need. If everything is clean and consistent, monthly services stay reasonable. If things are behind or disorganized, there’s usually a one-time cleanup cost upfront. Cleanup projects are quoted as a flat fee after a quick review, and ongoing monthly services are fixed so you can budget confidently. I don’t nickel-and-dime for small questions as clear communication is part of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a discovery call to discuss your business needs and pain points. Then I proceed with a a quick diagnostic review of your current books, and systems. From there I: *Identify errors, and inefficiencies *Clean up and organize your financials (if needed) *Set up a consistent workflow (weekly review + monthly close) *Provide clear, usable reports - not just numbers, but insight *Ongoing check-ins to keep everything accurate and decision-ready *You’ll always know where your business stands financially. I usually review transactions weekly and close things out monthly so nothing piles up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Business Management and 25+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, operations, and small business management. I’ve provided valuable services from small startups to Fortune 500 businesses, so I don’t just “do books” - I understand how financials tie directly to real business decisions. I also stay current with tools like QuickBooks, data analysis practices, and modern business systems.
