Introduction: We specialize in the following genres: Hip Hop, R&B, Top 40, Dance, House, Reggae, Jazz DJ Brian B Entertainment is a professional disc jockey service located in the New York City area with over 20 years of DJ experience. DJ Brian B is fully insured and can provide you and your catering manager with proof of liability insurance. He plays requests and discusses the music you want and do not want played at your function prior to the date of the event. DJ Brian B only uses professional audio and lighting equipment made for disc jockeys. He also provides backup equipment in case of an emergency. DJ Brian B is available to assist you with the planning of your day. He can also coordinate with the photographers/videographers, wedding coordinators, and any person you may hire to help make sure your event is successful. He requests at least one hour prior to the start time of your event for set up of the sound and lighting equipment. All bookings are confirmed in writing. He will be dressed appropriately for your function. DJ Brian B is also a member of the National Association of Moblie Entertainers (NAME).

DJ Brian B Entertainment did a Fall Fest/Character Dance at Meadow Elementary School in Baldwin, NY. He always visits the venue prior to the event. he also communicates with you via phone and email to plan out the timeline of events. He really makes it easy! We had close to 200 children plus adults. I have received wonderful feedback from the students and parents. He is a true professional and this is my second time working with him, but it will not be the last. It is important when you are entertaining children that you select appropriate music. That was a big concern for me. He has been on top of that for me on both occasions. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've DJed at various catering halls, bars, lounges and nightclubs in the NY Tri-State area since the late 1980's.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started as a hobby. One day a co-worker after hearing one of my mixes on the job asked if I would be interested in DJing a fashion show. That event was my first gig as a professional DJ.
