Chef Eric saved my LIFE (other chef I hired canceled on me at the last minute)! And the food was amazing!! I can't believe we lucked up with him. He was professional, arrived early (which was a huge plus) had a great personality, and everyone loved him. He kept his cool despite the craziness leading up to my friend's proposal. My friends are still talking about how great of a night it was. Thank you so much Eric! I'm very proud of Eric and Janell for their passion and dedication in creating an experience for others. My husband 40th bday was the setting. An intimate diner for 14. From fine ingredients to preparation and wine pairings, our culinary desires were definitely quenched. Janelle created a backyard Wonderland! It was beautiful to say the least. Eric and Janelle have found the perfect mix he is the inspiration she is the finesse... The experience as a whole was simply immaculate. I am inspired for them! Hands down one of the most amazing dinning experiences I've ever had! Chef Eric took us on a 5 course culinary journey that had my guest in complete awe. The duck was the star of the show but, Chef Eric's homemade stout ice cream is a definite must have.Dec 16, 2016Eric A.'s reply
