The man does what he says he’s going to do, charges what he quotes - and goes above-and-beyond, making sure that every inch of his work is perfect. What more could you ask for?

We got 2 quotes and although Alliance construction was not the cheapest but they were in our opinion the only roofing company whose price accurately reflected what a quality job should cost. Everyone wanted to lay over our flat roof and even offered a warranty which i found questionable . Isaac explained to us roofing process and showed us pictures of the roof layers were there , we had too many layers and it was time to replace the roof. We could not agree more, it s what we knew all along. They found rotted wood beneath the rubber and changed all that before installing a 25 years roof system with labor and material warranty. I would without hesitation say they are one of the only high quality roofers company in Bronx and i would highly recommend them to everyone for flat roofing in bronx. Highly recommend Alliance General construction for all your home repair needs! We have a tiny powder room that needed some TLC as well as exterior work to address a leak around our window frames, pointing, and creating some outdoor curb appeal. Isaac & his team were able to address all these issues in less than a week. Their team arrived promptly in the morning and they took care to install protective plastic and drop clothes to insure that the dust didn’t travel around the whole house and the wood floors weren’t scratched. Every evening they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess behind. Our neighbors keep complementing us on how sophisticated the front looks and we can’t wait to use them again for our other home remodeling projects
