- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give the lowest price to build a relationship with clients - If the price I give sounds too much it’s because a lot of clients don’t factor in the transportation- toll - parking, thumbtack fees etc but I always aim for the lowest cost of labor so my clients can build a relationship and refer us along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain the process along the way so the client knows exactly what I’m doing or the solution that we’re looking for. It also shows your confident in the task your trying to achieve.
