Raheem was excellent. Based on my job specification, he identified 3 possible scenarios and gave me cost estimates for each. Came in to change breakers in my salon. Very professional and detailed. Walked me through all that needed to be changed while carefully explaining and showing me the cause of changes.
Royal Repairs was prompt, knowledgeable and met my budget. A chandelier repair took less than 45 minutes. Very professional, friendly, honest! I will be calling again for any lighting installation or repair work!
A great experience! We had questions and issues regarding the outlets and wiring in our new home, and he had the answers and solutions! Very responsive and easy with scheduling, too. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give the lowest price to build a relationship with clients - If the price I give sounds too much it’s because a lot of clients don’t factor in the transportation- toll - parking, thumbtack fees etc but I always aim for the lowest cost of labor so my clients can build a relationship and refer us along the way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain the process along the way so the client knows exactly what I’m doing or the solution that we’re looking for. It also shows your confident in the task your trying to achieve.

Apex Technical School + 12 years field Experience.
