- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing estimates are based around a "basic package". This means that the price you see covers my time for shooting, editing and online download availability only. If you would like to receive any extras such as printed photos, specific delivery beyond online download, extra time beyond planned event length, or any other addition, prices can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with you, the client, providing me with your expected needs; event length, amount of people, event type, and general expectations. Based on that you will receive a detail price quote which breaks down the cost of everything that comes with your booking. At this time, we can discuss pricing and negotiate as necessary based on need or extra expectations that might come up. The entire time, from inquiry to photo delivery, you can expect constant and reliable communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer with 5 years of experience. I am also well versed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing.
